On Wednesday, April 20, we hosted a fundraiser benefiting Carl Stoddard.
In February, one of League City's outstanding police officers, Officer Carl Stoddard, was diagnosed with Leiomyosarcoma, a rare form of cancer. The cancer has spread throughout his body and he has begun aggressive chemotherapy.
Carl has served League City since 1996 as a police officer, a member of the SWAT team, a member of the honor guard, and is a well-known Field Training Officer.
Esteban's joined forces with the League City Police Officer's Association to raise funds to support Carl and his family through his journey to win the fight. It was a record day for Estebans and we were so pleased to have the opportunity to help this family. Read more about Carl and his fight to win the battle against cancer.

Esteban's served lunch to volunteers at the 12th annual Clear Creek Clean Up on Feb 19.
This is a special event that occurs every year, hosted by by the Clear Creek Environmental Foudation, to clear away trash and debris from the shores of Clear Creek.
Esteban's, a proud supporter of this community event, served lunch to hungry volunteers that dontated their morning to pick up trash. Volunteers were dropped off at various places along the shores of Clear Creek, picked up litter, then filled huge trash bins. This event is the highlight of a 6 week trash collection effort. Barges of trash were unloaded by volunteers passing boards, trash bags, and dibris along a line and into dumpsters. This is a fantastic environmental community endeavor. Congratulations and Thank You to all that participated to help beautify Clear Creek. |

Contributing to care for animals up for adoption at Bay Area Pet Adoptions
Bay Area Pet Adoptions relies on donations and adoption fees to house, feed and provide medical care to the companion animals in their adoption program. Esteban’s held a month long fundraiser to help with the care of these animals. Table 41 was the hot spot in the restaurant with donations from proceeds from that table all month long going to this organization. |
