Information

The Fiesta Shack comfortably seats 30 to 80 people, and food is served buffet style on disposable dinnerware; a bar is available with beer, margaritas and wine.

Bar
Setup is $100 plus tax for Margaritas, Beer & Wine. Setup is required when serving alcoholic beverages. Price includes a Bartender for up to four hours. A Cash Bar, Host Pay or a combination can be arranged.

Bar Prices:

  • Frozen Margaritas $4.50
  • Premium Beer $3.25 (Corona, Dos XX Lager & Amber & Shiner Bock)
  • Domestic Beer $2.75 (Miller Lite, Coors Lite, Bud Lite, Budweiser)
  • House Wine $4.00 (Chardonnay, White Zinfandel, Merlot)

Security
Security may be required for parties when serving alcohol and will be arranged through Esteban’s at a minimum of $150 per event.
