Our private event spaces are ideal for birthdays, rehearsal dinners, retirement parties, private dining, anniversaries, corporate parties, graduation celebrations, holiday events, and more. Located in the heart of League City, we make it easy for your guests to gather, celebrate, and enjoy fresh Tex-Mex cuisine prepared by Esteban's Café y Cantina.
The Fiesta Shack
Located right behind Esteban's Café, the Fiesta Shack offers a casual Texas hill country atmosphere that seats 30 to 80 guests. It rents for just $300 per four-hour period and provides a relaxed yet festive setting for your event. Esteban's Café is the exclusive caterer for the Fiesta Shack, and you can choose between our popular Fajita Fiesta or Taco Bar menus.
We require a minimum of 30 dinners to be served, and your rental includes iced tea, coffee, lemonade, and water. We make event planning simple, delicious, and memorable.
A bar can be set up for $100 plus tax. Our bar setup is required when serving alcoholic beverages. We serve frozen margaritas, beer and wine. The price includes a bartender for up to four hours. A cash bar, host pay or a combination can be arranged.

Wine - $6.50 (Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Moscato, California Champagne)
Hard Seltzer - $4.25 (Modelo Ranch Water)

No outside food or beverages are allowed with the exception of desserts and soft drinks. All events are arranged buffet style and served on disposable dinnerware.

Do we get time to decorate?
We can usually guarantee at least 2 hours prior to your event to decorate
What decorations are allowed?
You can bring in anything you would like! The only exception is glitter and confetti
Will you provide plates, cups, napkins, etc.?
We will provide everything you will need for your event. We provide Styrofoam plates, plasticware, napkins, cups, straws and togo boxes for any leftovers
Am I allowed to bring an outside cake?
Yes!
I do not want buffet style. Can we order off of your regular menu?
No. Our Fiesta Shack serves our Fajita Fiesta and Taco Bar
Do you provide linens?
Yes! We have white linens for all tables
Do you have music and A/V setups?
We have a sound system you can connect via Bluetooth and a 42" TV you can connect to via HDMI
